Empowering the Next Generation for Purposeful Success
The Titi Ojo Foundation Youth Mentorship Programme (YMP) is a transformative 16-week initiative designed to empower young Africans between the ages of 15 and 35. Our mission is clear: to equip young people with the mindset, skills, and tools they need to thrive as leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, and responsible global citizens.
Through structured mentorship, training, and personal development, YMP provides a unique platform for participants to learn from seasoned professionals, build supportive networks, and evolve into individuals who drive meaningful change within their communities and beyond.
This year’s theme, EVOLVE, is a bold call to action. It challenges young people to grow beyond their comfort zones, to transform potential into purpose, and to turn ability into lasting impact.
Through mentorship, entrepreneurial training, employability development, and life-skills coaching, this programme guides participants on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and impact.

August – November 2025 (16 Weeks)
Sessions will hold virtually on weekends (preferably Saturdays, evenings) to accommodate school and work schedules.
All participants will graduate as Fellows of the Titi Ojo Foundation Youth Mentorship Programme.
Certificates of completion will be awarded, along with recognition for outstanding participants in various categories
We are actively building partnerships with organizations and individuals who share our passion for youth development — through sponsorship, technical support, and mentorship as part of their corporate social responsibility efforts.
