Networking is one of the top skills in the 21st century. Meeting people and having conversations is typical of a great networker, and during these conversations, information is exchanged, useful information that could open doors that one has been knocking since forever. It is just so powerful.
Yesterday after the day’s forums were over, we all sat in the Atrium at the World Trade Organisation gisting and just relaxing after our panel session. You know what? I encourage gists especially in a relaxed environment, here people talk about everything and anything.
It was during this relaxed atmosphere that two of our new friends realised that they were lodged at the same hotel at the France border and that their rooms only share a wall (room 101 and 102). They have become best of friends since then, and one gave the other eye-opening tips on how to save costs on transportation.
We have enjoyed happy moments since we arrived here supporting each other, btw one is our official photographer.
And now I am just hearing that there is an African restaurant where we can eat correct fish and dodo. O ti lo!
